What is your return/refund policy?
Because every Celestial Canvases piece is made to order, we don’t typically accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong size. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible — and if a replacement isn’t feasible or you’d prefer not to wait, we can offer a refund instead. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
What are the shipping options and costs?
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items/size in your order. You’ll be able to choose from the available delivery options and see the full cost before you complete payment. Because our products are made to order and shipped worldwide, pricing and services can vary by location.
When will I receive my order (tracking information)?
Because all Celestial Canvases orders are made to order, delivery times can vary depending on your location. You’ll see the most accurate estimated shipping and delivery timeframe on the product page and at checkout before placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you tracking information (if tracking is available for your destination). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the shipping email, and be sure to check your junk/spam folder just in case. If you’re ever unsure where your order is, contact us with your order number and we’ll help.
Where are your products manufactured?
Celestial Canvases products are made to order and produced through our trusted network of professional production partners worldwide. Depending on the product and your delivery address, your order is routed to the closest available production hub to help speed up delivery and reduce shipping distance — so the exact manufacturing location can vary from order to order. Our network includes 140+ production hubs across 32 countries, meaning many orders are produced locally (often in the same region as the recipient).
What should I do if I received a defective/damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact Celestial Canvases within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging if possible). Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed the problem, we’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible — and if a replacement isn’t feasible or you need a faster resolution, we can offer a refund instead.
How do I make changes to or cancel an order?
Because every Celestial Canvases order is made to order, we’re usually unable to make changes or cancel once your order has been placed. That said, if you’ve made a mistake or something doesn’t look right, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help in rare cases (for example, if production hasn’t started yet).

How do I find the right size/product for me?
All available sizes and product options are clearly listed on each product page, so you can see exactly what’s offered before you order. To make sure you pick the perfect fit, we recommend measuring the space where you plan to hang your print first (wall width/height, and how much room you want around it). If it helps, you can even mark the dimensions out with masking tape on the wall to visualise how it’ll look in your space before choosing your size.
